Wella (Procter & Gamble) came to Jack Morton for a solution to their global eEducation offering, spanning all of their hair brands and allowing hairdressers and the internal teams to keep up to date with the latest products and trends. I was responsible for the UX part of the project which included research & analysis, user journeys and a clickable prototype. Additionally I was involved in the creation of the designs based on the P&G Salon Professional / Wella brand guidelines. The site will be available in 27 different languages globally and allows salon owners to enrol their staff in seminars and lessons. Examples the internal only designs which were created at the first phase of the project, are added here at the back of the slideshow. Overall the website has received numerous awards including Gold & Silver at the Stevies and Best in Class at the Interactive Media Awards. The site was also awarded double Silver at the Communicator Awards.
